SHIPPING

Maggie Made Designs ships merchandise to locations within the United States and Internationally. Shipping costs will be charged either USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail selected when the order is placed. The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If a package is damaged en route to customer, please file a claim with United States Postal Service and please notify Maggie Made Designs immediately. Insurance is included for all orders through USPS Priority Mail, it is an additional charge for First Class Delivery. USPS tracking information will be provided with every order placed where available. Once an order is verified as delivered (by USPS), if Maggie Made Designs has not been contacted within 5 days of receiving, the package is deemed accepted, no returns. 

RETURNS 

Returns will gladly be accepted if Maggie Made Designs is notified within 5 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging with tracking information provided. Shipping costs and insurance (if needed) is the responsibility of the shipper.  If an item is received as defective, please contact Maggie Made Designs and we will gladly repair and return at NO cost to purchaser.  If the purchaser requests an exchange for another item and there is a price difference that difference will be applied to the order. Once verification can be made through USPS that an item was delivered, if Maggie Made Designs is not notified within 5 days of receipt, the item is deemed accepted, no returns.

Sales Tax

MaggieMadeDesigns charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the sales tax for the Commonwealth of Virginia, where the business is located. The sales tax rate is 6% for all orders placed in Virginia and will be added to the order automatically.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders will happily be shipped by USPS First Class International Package. Please contact Maggie Made Designs for a shipping estimate. Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Maggie Made Designs is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
